	The Ohio Department of Transportation, District 2’s lightweight geospatial web portal allows the District’s personnel instant access to enterprise GIS information for better allocation of its highway assets and data management. This presentation will cover the implementation of the District’s web technology and business processes that create, maintain, and utilize the data that is currently available from internal and external data sources. We will cover data collection processes and technologies, as well as the display and extraction methods using the web based mapping client. We will also be covering some specific examples of how the site is used to make better business decisions.
