Each county has a folder in this directory.

Current shapefile is stored in each county's shapes folder.

Current zipped and downloadable files are stored in the LBRS\_downloads folder.


To update each county...

Go to the ddti ftp: ftpro.ddti.net
Go to the counties directory to see if there is newer data.  If not go to the county's GIS data website. I have them as Favorites.
Open the CountyLBRSUpdates.xlsx to see update status.
If there is new data, create a folder named by date (YYYYMMDD) in the County's folder.
Put new shapefile in the new folder.
Most will need a .prj file fyi
If it needs the prj file get it from the _prj folder.
Make sure all the shapefile files all hae the same first letter (including the prj file) and no other files in the folder have the same first letter.
Copy the "LBRS Rename.bat" file located here: I:\COUNTY\LBRS\_batch to this folder with the data you copied/created.
Run (double-click) the bat file.
