- save the shapefile dbf file as an excel file (FraLBRSaddresspoints) - link the excel file to the access db - use the ??? (link spec) - add the twp and muni tables to the db if not already in there - export GeocodePrep table using saved GeocodePrep Export Specification - run the file through "AB For Tax Addresses" geocoder (shortcut is in GIS Applications folder on desktop) - select file as input file - select "Other File Format - enter 1 in "Address" - enter 2 in "City" - enter 3 in "Zip" - enter 7 in "Total number of fields" - enter ; (semicolon) in "Delimiter" - select 150 for "Records to process at a time" - deselect any GSBs that are selected - click "Start Geocoding" - change extension to csv - open (in excel) - save as csv file (this will remove all quotes) - run the output file through "Spatial Lookup" app (shortcut is in GIS Applications folder on desktop) - NOTE: 600,000 records will take about 7.5 hours - select file as Input file - select comma as Delimeter - check Header Row - enter 6 for Lat Col Number - enter 5 for Lon Col Number - check Convert to Geo Coords - enter 3735 for the from WKID - check Include Lat/Lon in File - enter gistest4.oit.ohio.gov in ArcGIS Server Name - enter Larry/BoundaryData in Service NAme - enter 9 in Layer Index (SCHDIST) - enter ID in Return Field Name - click Start button
